Most Florida houses have at least one opening that is almost an outdoor room — it just needs a screen to finish it. These are the ones we screen most often.
Lanai Enclosures
The most common install we do. A motorized screen drops across the lanai opening to close it off from bugs, sun, and blowing rain, then rolls away so the lanai reads as open again. Spans to 30 ft with no center post, so nothing interrupts the view out.
Screened Porches & Covered Patios
Retrofit an existing covered porch or patio without framing in a permanent screen wall. The housing mounts up under the beam and the side tracks follow your existing posts.
Pool Cages & Pool Decks
